INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To use VCT//CALENDAR, you must authenticate and sign in with your Google account. This is necessary to use the Google Calendar API. Alongside having access to your secondary calendars, including viewing and editing these secondary calendars, by signing in with Google, you provide us with personal information such as the name of your google account, your profile picture and your email address.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

You may request for your data to be deleted by visiting https://vctcalendar.benngu.com/account and navigation to the Delete Account option under Danger Zone &gt Delete Account. This will permanently delete your data and account.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

VCT//CALENDAR follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, date and time stamp and referring/exit pages. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is to administer the site and ensure the health of the service. As VCT//CALENDAR is a non-profit service, we do not collect information to analyze trends or track users' movement on the website, and we will not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided.

VCT//CALENDAR uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' login state. We use Clerk as the authentication provider on top of Google OAuth2 single sign-on. We do not store visitors' preferences, as there are no preferences to set.
